Hello, my name is Dr. Sally Littleton. My whole life has been about personal growth and helping others on the journey.
As a small child, I felt a deep connection to God and on my own sought a spiritual community. At this time, I began listening to my friends and family members. and helping them to find solutions to problems. Throughout life, I have been focused mainly on helping and teaching. As a PhD psychotherapist, I practiced privately for decades. I have explored many spiritual paths, including religious study, 12 step programs, meditation, Yoga, Kabbalah, astrology, numerology and more. With each, I have continued to use what works for me. On my spiritual path and road to physical healing, I encountered Reiki more than 25 years ago.
Quickly, I became sold on Reiki’s mental, emotional and spiritual benefits. At the time, I encouraged my husband, two teenage daughters and one of my sisters to take Reiki I and II from my Master Teacher. My two younger sons took Junior Reiki I, as well. We all noticed significant changes. Reiki resonated with me, connected to my previous experience and opened doors that I had no previous idea existed. Through the years, the system of Reiki has increasingly become the framework for my life. I am passionate about sharing and teaching Reiki.
It has been my blessing and honor to study Reiki with amazingly committed and knowledgeable teachers. It is my promise to you to give you all that I have learned and to do all that I can to assist you in healing yourself and learning to practice the Reiki Way. You can heal yourself and receive all that you need. And I will be there to support your journey.

Usui Reiki Ryoho (Original Japanese energy lineage): Mikao Usui, Kan’ichi Taketomi, Kimiko Koyama, Hiroshi Doi, Frans Stiene, Andrew Anders, Sally Littleton
Usui Reiki (Original Japanese teaching lineage): Mikao Usui, Suzuki San, Chris Marsh, Taggart King, Sally Littleton
I have been fortunate to receive one on one training from highly respected Master Teachers in multiple Reiki traditions over many years.. My experience also includes reading, learning and evaluating Reiki sources from other traditions.
I am certified, Shihan, at the highest level for a Practitioner and Teacher in both of my teaching traditions: Gendai Reiki Ho and Usui Reiki Ryoho. When you are certified by me you have the recognition of all my teachers and their teachers going back to Mikao Usui the founder of the System of Reiki.
